I spent Christmas at a lovely new hotel where I had access to a kettle and pastries for breakfast. The location was great, a stone's throw from the heart of the city. The electronic entry system was easy to use and meant I was able to come and go as I pleased, without the need to coordinate a key pick-up. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Noise was a problem; the front door was noisy, and I had to deal with traffic noise from the street.

The location of this hotel in a quiet area close to the city center was amazing. It was easy to walk to many attractions and it was quite close to the main stations. The staff was friendly and helpful, solving any organizational problems that came up. The rooms were basic, but expected more service for the price. Despite this, the rooms felt cosy and the attention to detail was wonderful.

No breakfast was included and it was being charged at €15, which resulted in very few people choosing to have it.

Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a comfy bed providing a good night's sleep. I was especially pleased with the attention to detail, such as having a kettle in the room for coffee and tea. for the price, this hotel offers great value for money.

Great location and superbly decorated room. The bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room was a nice touch, plus the room had a mini-fridge and microwave.
